We have wide (and accurate) stock availability with locations throughout Western Canada and a state-of-the-art distribution center. To ensure you receive the product you need when you need it, we hold inventory in all our locations and transfer product freely between branches. We’ll even hold inventory specific to customer requirements. This operational efficiency translates into reliability.
Our sales force is supported by the entire E.B. Horsman & Son branch network including centralized head office services. Our sales support network operated as a team and includes: Material Handlers, Inside Sales, Project Quotation and Coordination, Technical Sales Support, Customer Service Managers, and Branch Manager.
Each of our locations has a service counter to provide shipping logistics including: ship complete, rush ship, shipment staging. Our distribution center is highly efficient; we transfer and ship between our locations every day so our inventory is available to you wherever you are and whenever you need it. We get product where it needs to go quickly, efficiently, and reliably.
Our service doesn’t stop with a transaction. We have the application knowledge to back up our sales and provide technical support behind the products we sell. Our technical support is a free service to help with installation issues.
